Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping within Canada: 3–7 business days.
U.S. orders: 5–10 business days, customs clearance may affect timing.
International shipping: available to select countries; rates calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost or undelivered, contact admin@peacockpharma.com within 14 days of expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
