Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Opened or partially used health or hygiene products cannot be accepted due to safety and quality regulations.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return

Email admin@peacockpharma.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a return authorization and mailing instructions.

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (less shipping fees).
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned package.
Damaged or Defective Items
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email admin@peacockpharma.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
