Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
   

• Opened or partially used health or hygiene products cannot be accepted due to safety and quality regulations.
   

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email admin@peacockpharma.com with your order number and reason for return.
    

2. We will provide a return authorization and mailing instructions.
    

3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (less shipping fees).
